(Reading time: ~ 4 min)

š Itās time for your weekly Belly Bites
Itās almost the weekend! ā Belly Bites continues to grow, and so does our love for food and our fun growing community.
For those whoāve been here since Day One, I appreciate your continued support! Hereās this weekās episode:
A Mee Hoon Kueh spot I wish I knew about sooner š²
4 restaurants to treat yourself to a special meal this weekend š¤¤
How you can treat your dad this Fatherās Day š
Letās get started!
š Foodie Spotlight
Nestled in an inconspicuous mall of Potong Pasir, todayās spotlight isā¦
Prince Noodlesā Mee Hoon Kueh! (North-Easties, donāt miss this one)
If you want to keep your belly full for an affordable price, why not give Prince Noodlesā Mee Hoon Kueh a try? Their signature is the dry Mee Hoon Kueh, topped with a heavy portion of minced pork and the crispiest ikan bilis.
I opted for additional onsen egg at a small price and I can vouch that it was a wise decision! The gooeyness of the half-coked egg blends super well with the dark soy sauce.
Great choice for a hearty $6 meal, itās already making me hungry while I write 𤤠Plus, the restaurant closes at 11pm so bring your kakis over for a late dinner/early supper!
šļø Top Picks of The Week!
While these are my top picks, Iād love to hear yours by replying to the email with your favourite places for me to try!
Sweet Cheeks @ Potong Pasir (Link) šØ
A charming dessert shop that serves up dense, smooth gelato made with quality ingredients, while the waffles are a standout - crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and perfectly paired with toppings like maple syrup. Great late night treat after having Prince Noodlesā Mee Hoon Kueh š
The Brewing Ground @ Joo Chiat (Link) š
The Brewing Ground stands out for its inviting ambience and creative brunch menu. Highlights include the Crabmeat Pasta with a rich lobster broth and ikura sauce - a generous, satisfying meal. While on the higher side, quality ingredients and attentive service justify the cost for a nice brunch and Instagram-worthy spot.
Kobashi @ Chinatown (Link) šµ
Kobashi stands out for its inventive sourdough donuts - flavours like pistachio raspberry, brown butter maple cream, and even durian. The highlight was the sourdough focaccia, but I must also point out that their Strawberry Matcha Latte is one of the best Iāve had in Singapore - umami and well-balanced with the homemade strawberry puree.
Enishi @ Tanjong Pagar (Link) š
Enishi is a hidden gem for ramen lovers seeking authenticity and thoughtful craftsmanship. Their dashi-based broths are rich, layered, and made with up to 32 spices, offering a unique twist on classic ramen. With limited seating and daily servings, itās best to arrive early. A must-visit for anyone craving top-tier Japanese comfort food.
šļø Whatās Newsworthy
Time to treat pops to a good meal as Fatherās Day approaches this Sunday, 15 June!

Boeuf Singapore - Dad dines free with three paying adults
M Hotel Singapore - Unlimited Mao Shan Wang Durian VS Tom Yum Mama Hotpot
Mandarin Oriental Singapore - High tea with complimentary test drive in a Porsche
